Mechanical Set Production Packer
Mechanical set production packer is a part of the completion tools of oil or gas industry which is used to provide a seal between the outer of the production tubing and the inner of its wellbore wall.
It is designed to perform in high pressure.
Mechanical packer allows continuous flow and passage of full gauge wireline tools and accessories, which makes it ideal for zone isolation, injection and production uses.
The packer mechanical lock set closes an internal bypass and allows use of pressure above and below the packer.
- Sets safely in any hardness casing, including premium grades.
- Automatic L-slot Unit, setting the packer is completed by running to depth rotating 3/4 turns to the right and then setting down
- All the Thread connections come in API IF/EUE thread form.
- Load and pressure resistance is specially designed to meet high load applications.
