Rotating Welded Centralizer

DIC is Supplier and Exporter of Rotating Welded Centralizers. These require centralizers that could be used with a rotating liner in highly deviated well conditions. These centralizers are designed to meet or exceed the API 10 D specifications to have a high restoring force, providing optimum stand-off and low moving force to reduce drag. Rotating welded centralizers allow free rotation of the pipe for maximum displacement efficiency.

The case will provide these centralizers with a ‘stop collar inside’ design to reduce moving forces while reciprocating. These centralizers improve the cleaning action of drilling fluids, distribute the cement slurry into well bore irregularities and reduce channeling.

The collars are specially designed with roll-formed peripheral ridges, providing extra rigidity. These turbolizers are used for direct installation on the pipe by slipping on, and they provide a set screw to eliminate the stop collar. These centralizers go through a special iron phosphate coating process to prevent them from rusting and then are coated with special polyester powder.

These are available in sizes ranging from 3 ½” to 20”. It can also be available as per customer requirements.
