Hinged Welded Bow Spring Turbolizer

It has a deflector blade fitted on a standard bow spring, creating a difference from the standard turbolizer. These blades or fins are specially made of heat-treated spring steel and processed under rigid conditions. The spring action of blades makes them flexible, which minimizes damage while moving downhole.

The turbolizer improves the cleaning action of drilling fluids. It distributes the cement slurry into Well bore irregularities. It has special zinc phosphate and powder coating process to prevent rust and ensure stocking in the open for a long time.

These are available in sizes ranging from 3 ½” to 20”. It can also be available as per customers’ requirements.
