Hinged Non Welded Bow Spring Turbolizer

The difference between both is that the non-welded turbolizer has a deflector blade fitted on the standard bow spring, which creates a difference from the standard turbolizer. These blades or fins are specially made of heat-treated spring steel and processed under rigid conditions.
It contains the right and left-hand combination. The metal fins are set on the bows to help induce turbulence in the cement slurry during the pumping operation. The spring action of blades makes them flexible, which minimizes damage while moving into the downhole.

Hinged Non-Welded Bow Spring Turbolizer undergo a special iron phosphate coating process to prevent them from rusting and are then coated with special Polyester Powder. These are available in sizes ranging from 4½ "to 20 ". It can also be available as per customer requirements.
