Differential Fill-up Float Shoe
Differential fill up float shoe is providing with differential valve. Differential fill up Float equipment 90% casing fill up during run-in.
Reducing surge pressure caused by the piston effect of running in prevented I.D. Use of Differential collar with Shoe provides additional buoyancy by allowing only 81% casing fill up further enhancing work efficiency.
This kind of design maintains constant differential pressure between inside and outside of casing because of entry of fluid through the bottom of the casing. It is ready to be running in hole.
These are available in 5 1/2" to 20 "sizes. Any Special Sizes can be available on request.
