Differential Fill-up Float Collar

Differential fill up float Collar is providing with differential valve. Differential fill up Float equipment 90% casing fill up during run-in and reducing surge pressure caused by the piston effect of running in prevented I.D.

Use of Differential Collar with Shoe provides additional buoyancy by allowing only 81% casing fill up further enhancing work efficiency.

A weighted ball is dropped from the surface which converts this valve into a one way cementing valve that allows cement to fill up into the annulus.

These are available in 5 1/2" to 20 "sizes. Any Special Sizes can be available on request.
