Slip On Welded Positive Spirolizer

Steel construction provides a superior toughness over other materials. The boat-shaped spiral fins reduce drag forces during the running pipe.
Fins glide smoothly on the low side of parallel boreholes. Wide symmetrical fins smoothly beveled on one and the other ends to lower friction coefficient and ease casing movement in either direction. Fins designs also resist high side load.
Spirally fins are welded to the one-piece rolled formed end collar under the required temperature & condition with extra low hydrogen coated electrodes, which assure strength and uniformity in every weld. Steel construction provides superior toughness over other alloys. Vanes can be selected to meet any hole dia from an alternative of seven boat profile depths.
These Spirolizer are provided for direct placing on the pipe by slipping on and can be provided with suitable stop collars beveled from one side positioned by a set screw. These centralizers are available in all sizes ranging from 3 1/2" to 20". Any special sizes or combinations can be available on request.
