Slip On Heavy Duty Welded Positive Spirolizer

We are a Manufacturer of Slip-On Heavy Duty Welded Positive Spirolizer. All spirolizer are made from the best quality materials. This spirolizer is specially designed for extra load highly deviated or horizontal wells and for use with liner hangers. The steel construction provides a superior toughness over other materials. The boat-shaped spiral fins reduce drag forces during the running pipe.

The fins glide smoothly on the low side of parallel boreholes. Wide symmetrical fins smoothly beveled on one and the other ends to lower friction coefficient and ease casing movement in either direction. Fins designs also resist high side load. Spirally fins are welded to the one-piece rolled formed end collar under the required temperature and condition with extra low hydrogen coated electrodes, which assure strength and uniformity in every weld.

Steel construction provides superior toughness over other alloys. It can be selected to meet any hole dia from an alternative of seven boat profile depths. They are provided for direct installation on the pipe by slipping on and can be provided with suitable stop collars beveled from one side positioned by a set screw. These centralizers are available in all sizes ranging from 3 1/2" to 20". Any special sizes or combinations can be available on request.
