Low Torque Roller Centralizer
DIC is a Supplier and Exporter of Low Torque Roller Centralizers in UAE. Solid-body low-torque roller centralizers are specifically built to run in an inclined or horizontal section. The rollers outside diameter are kept slightly larger than the centralizer blade's outer diameter. When the casing equipped with a roller centralizer runs into the deviated or horizontal hole, sliding friction between the casing and the borehole converts into rolling friction.
In the case of irregular hole diameter, the borehole wall has an impact force on the spiral centralizer while running casings; using rollers reduces this impact.
Major Applications:
- Used when high torque is anticipated.
- Smooth rotation of the casing facilitates improved cementing, and movement of the casing to the bottom run in conjunction with high-strength stop collars.
