Hydraulic Set Retrievable Production Packer
Hydraulic-Set Retrievable Production Packer can be run in single or multiple zone installations This Packer is a high pressure, double grip, retrievable, hydraulic set packer.
The built in zone-activated, pressure-balance system equalizes pressure differential across the packer. This packer requires no downward mandrel movement for setting and allowing stacked packer applications. The straight pull of the tubing releases the packer and built in bypass ports equalize pressure across the packer for ease in retrieval.
The top slip releasing system has a non-directional slip that can be separated to release the other slips automatically. The system decreases the strain required for slip and packer release.
- The straight pull, shear release pins are unaffected by differential pressure.
- Release and pre-set shear forces easily movable in the field.
- All components are locked to prevent pressure increase from presetting the packer.
