Hinged Spiral Nail Stop Collar

DIC is a Supplier and Exporter of Hinged Spiral Nail Stop Collars. It is combined into two pieces and hinged at two-end, making an angle 180 degrees. This hinged stop collar has an internal groove, available in 4 ½” to 20” sizes ranges in which a spiral-locking pin is inserted. These tighten the collar to the casing firmly. These are designed to be latched the casing pipe with set screws providing additional holding force.

This cementing plug is easy to install. These are most effective where low annular clearance is received. These stop collars undergo a special phosphate coating process to restrict rust and are then coated with special polyester powder. We provide customized services as per customer requirements.
