LC Hydraulic Setting Tool
DIC is a Supplier and Exporter of LC Hydraulic Setting Tool, used to set packers and plugs on tubing that are normally set on wireline. It is allows setting in high-angle wells or wandering wells where it is difficult to use wireline equipment. This is LC HST allows for packers and plugs to be set with a combination of hydraulic and mechanical forces. It can also reduce the setting pressure required by supplementing the set with tubing tension. The single size LC HST may be used to set a multitude of packer sizes by easily attaching the accurate size Hydraulic Adapter Kit.
Hydraulic setting tool assembly and packer are run to set the depth on the tubing string. A ball is thrown to the ball seat in the setting tool. Sufficient tubing pressure is then applicable to set and pack off the packer.
