We are a trusted Snap Latch Setting Tool Supplier and Exporter, offering efficient solutions for cementing and setting operations. The SLST is designed to enable cementing through a Wireline or Mechanical Cement Retainer while also allowing mechanical setting of Bridge Plugs and Cement Retainers.
It features a Snap-in/Snap-Out sub that connects securely with the body of the BP/CR, along with a Stinger Sub used in Cement Retainers. This design ensures smooth engagement and reliable tool performance during operations.
When the Stinger Sub is in use, applying approximately 400 lbs. slack off shifts the latch sleeve on the Cement Retainer to the open position for cementing. Lifting the string by about 2 inches closes the sleeve. The tool also includes an internal stop to prevent accidental unlatching of the stinger, ensuring safe and controlled operation.
