WIRELINE-SET RETRIEVABLE BRIDGE PLUG

  • Premium quality high performance WR style designed to isolate the wellbore during fracturing, acidizing, surface equipment maintenance.
  • Three element sealing system to provide superior pressure containment, ability to hang pressure recorders.

    MECHANICAL-SET RETRIEVABLE BRIDGE PLUG

    • Packer’s ability to absorb tubing expansion or contraction forces makes the model: RBP-M right for the pumping and injection wells.
    • Three assemblies are available; small bore, large bore and high pressure.
    • Jay setting and releasing mechanism.

    MECHNICAL SETTING TOOL

    • One trip system. Mechanically sets tool with rotation.
    • Controls retainer valve. The stinger opens the sleeve valve with set down weight and closes it with up strain.
    • Tubing pressure test is possible with latch sleeve valve retainers by pulling up to close retainer valve prior to snapping out of retainer

    WIRELINE SET BIG BOY BRIDGE PLUG

    • The Big Boy Bridge Plug is designed for rapid drill-out while maintaining sufficient strength during the set. This plug sustains high pressures and temperatures.
    • One piece slips – hardened to depth of wicker only.
    • Sets in any grade casing including P-110 .

    WIRELINE SET MIDGET BRIDGE PLUG

    • Ratcheting lock ring holds setting force. Sets in any grade casing including P-110
    • This plug sustains moderate pressures and temperatures.
    • Provides an economical means of zone isolation for fracturing or other treatments

    DRILLABLE BRIDGE PLUG

    • Easily be converted to a Cement Retainer, simple design allows the upper portion of the body and the bridging plug to be drilled out, generating pressure equalization across the tool before drilling out the upper slip.
    • High Performance – 10,000 psi and 400 degree F in most.

    HYDRO MECHANICAL BRIDGE PLUG

    • The compact design enables use in deviated wells.
    • The full-circle slips provide a large contact area to minimize casing damage.
    • The expanding full-circle rings support the plug to prevent element extrusion.
    • Construction with drillable materials enables the plug to be milled or drilled out to save the time and expense of retrieval.

    EXTRA RANG BRIDGE PLUG

    • The Extra Range Bridge Plug is a specialty plug for running through restrictions and then setting securely in larger diameters below. These restrictions such as seating nipples often force tubing to be pulled before well service can take place. The Extra Range Bridge Plug eliminates this in many cases.

    COMPOSITE BRIDGE PLUG

    • DIC 10K Composite Bridge Plug provides a cost-effective alternative to temporarily isolate multiple zones for fracturing, or other treatments. The composite material allows for quicker drill times and less formation damage. Interlocking tapers on the top and bottom prevent plug remnants from rotating while removing multiple plugs.

    HYDRAULIC SETTING TOOL

    • DIC Hydraulic Setting Tools translate hydraulic pressure applied to the tubing to a force transmitted through the wireline adapter kit to the seal bore packer, Bridge Plug, or cement retainer to fully set the slips and pack-off the rubber element.
