Cementing plug rotating is made from grade rubber used upon a composite or aluminum core. These cementing plugs are mainly bottom cementing plugs and top cementing plugs. The top cementing plug has a solid body that provides a positive sign of contact with the landing collar and the bottom plug with increased pump pressure.
The bottom cementing plug has launched ahead of the cement slurry to reduce contamination by fluids inside the casing before cementing. We have cementing plugs in standard and non-rotating types, depending on the usage.
These plugs are completely PDC drillable. The operating range of the temperature of cementing plugs with the aluminum core is up to 200 degrees Fahrenheit. Moreover, plugs can be ordered for higher operating temperatures and operation in either synthetic or mud fluids.
