ASI-X Packers

DIC is Supplier and exporter of ASI-X Packers. It is most versatile mechanically set retrievable packer. Its characteristics a large internal bypass to reduce swabbing running or retrieving features. It should be applied in tension or compression depending on good conditions and in the required applications. A large internal by-pass decreases swabbing at the time of running and retrieving. The by-pass closes packer is set and open first to releasing the upper slips when retrieving to allowed pressure equalization. J-slot design permits easy settings and releasing 1/4 turn right-hand set. The packer is designed for differential pressures up to 10,000 psi. The packer can utilize incompletions where a high-pressure treating operation is performed.
